These Terms & Conditions explain how you may access and use the Zenvra app and website. For the Zenvra iOS app distributed through the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies to the licensed application, and these terms describe the Zenvra service, subscriptions and account rules.
The Zenvra iOS app is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. If these Terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA for the iOS app license, the Apple Standard EULA controls for that license.
By accessing or using the Application, website or related services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions and any terms shown during purchase or account setup.
You may use Zenvra only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the service, other users or third-party rights. You are responsible for the product information, brand materials, prompts, images and other content you provide.
The Application uses third-party artificial intelligence technologies, including Google Vertex AI, to create text, images and video materials. The Service Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, truthfulness or legality of AI-generated content. You are responsible for personally reviewing every generated output, including text, prices, advertising messages, visuals and video, before using it in real advertising campaigns.
Zenvra may offer auto-renewable subscription plans through Apple In-App Purchase. The subscription title, duration, price, trial availability when offered and included features are shown in the app and in Apple's purchase sheet before you confirm a purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account after purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, according to Apple's App Store terms.
You can manage or cancel an App Store subscription in your Apple account subscription settings. Deleting the Zenvra app or closing your Zenvra account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Access to paid features may continue until the end of the paid period after cancellation.
Prices, currencies, taxes and trial availability may vary by country or region and are controlled by Apple. The current localized price and billing period shown in Apple's purchase sheet are the final purchase terms before confirmation.
An active subscription may unlock Zenvra features, projects, AI generation capacity, credits or usage limits shown in the app. Features and limits may vary by plan. If a generation fails or credits appear incorrect, contact support so we can review the account state.
Refund requests for purchases made through Apple are handled by Apple. You can request help through Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ or Apple Support. Zenvra support can help explain the service state, but Apple controls App Store purchase refunds.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and permissions for content you submit, including product claims, uploaded or selected images, brand information and advertising copy generated from your inputs.
You must not use the Application to generate: fraudulent, misleading or false advertising; content that incites hatred, violence or discrimination; pornographic content; materials that violate the applicable laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Union; or content that breaches the policies of advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads or other similar platforms. You must also not misuse Zenvra, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service or submit harmful content. The Service Provider reserves the right to immediately block access for any user who violates these prohibitions.
Zenvra, the Application, the website, visual elements, text and related materials are owned by or licensed to the Service Provider and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Service Provider does not claim ownership of the content you generate for your own purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that AI-generated materials do not infringe the copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
The Application, website and generated outputs are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI-generated content may require your review before publication.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or fines imposed on the user as a result of publishing misleading, false or unlawful advertising created through the Application, or for damages arising from use of or inability to use the Application, website, subscriptions or generated content. You assume full responsibility for the compliance of advertisements with applicable consumer protection law and the policies of advertising platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
The Service Provider may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the Application or website at any time, where reasonable and permitted by law. Subscription benefits already purchased will be handled according to applicable law and App Store rules.
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate service access if a user violates these Terms & Conditions, creates risk for the service or uses the Application unlawfully. Termination of Zenvra service access does not replace Apple's subscription cancellation process.
For all matters not expressly covered, the applicable law of the Republic of Bulgaria applies, in accordance with the law of the European Union, unless mandatory consumer protection laws or Apple's applicable App Store terms require otherwise.
The Service Provider may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page and will apply from the time it is made available, unless a later effective date is stated.
