What information we collect
We collect information needed to provide Zenvra, such as account identifiers, Sign in with Apple information, email address when provided, workspace or account IDs, subscription status, user content, product details, prompts, brand kit information, project data, generated ad content and limited technical information.
Account data
When you use Sign in with Apple, we may receive and store your Apple account identifier and the email address Apple provides, including a private relay email if you choose to hide your email. We use this information to create and secure your Zenvra account and workspaces.
Subscription and purchase data
For subscriptions, Apple processes payment information. Zenvra may receive and store StoreKit transaction identifiers, original transaction identifiers, product IDs, subscription status, renewal or expiration information and App Store server notification data so we can activate, restore and manage subscription access.
User content and media
Zenvra processes the content you submit to create ads, such as product names, product descriptions, prices you enter, campaign goals, brand context, prompts, selected images, project data and generated results. If you choose a Shopify or product URL, we may fetch information from that URL to help prepare the requested output.
AI and backend processing
Live Mode sends your requested generation inputs to Zenvra backend services. Those inputs may be processed by AI service providers and infrastructure providers only as needed to provide, secure, maintain and improve the requested generation features. Demo Mode can generate sample content without real backend generation requests.
Device and diagnostic data
We may process limited technical data such as error messages, request timing, app state, feature usage needed for operation, device or OS information and security logs. We use this data to operate, debug, protect and improve the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide Zenvra features, authenticate users, manage subscriptions and credits, generate requested content, save projects and brand kits, restore purchases, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain security and comply with legal obligations.
Information sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate Zenvra, including Apple for App Store purchases and Sign in with Apple, hosting and infrastructure providers, AI processing providers, support tools and legal or safety authorities when required.
No advertising tracking
Zenvra does not use collected data to track you across third-party apps or websites for advertising, does not access the advertising identifier for tracking and does not share personal information with data brokers. If this changes, we will update this policy and request any required permission.
Data retention
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain account and subscription records, support user requests, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes and protect the service. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and legal obligations.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
User rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information. You can contact support@zenvra.ai to make a request. Some records may need to be kept where required for security, legal, accounting or App Store subscription purposes.
Children
The Application and website are not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact support@zenvra.ai so we can review and take appropriate action.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the updated version will apply from the time it is made available, unless a later effective date is stated.
