Here you will find short answers about the real screens and actions in the app: Demo and Live Mode, ad creation, Brand Kits, Hook Bank, Projects, credits and purchase restore.
Questions and answers
How can I start using Zenvra?
On the first screen you can use Sign in with Apple or choose Continue without account.
If you continue without an account, the app can work in Demo Mode. Live Mode requires Apple Sign In.
What to do? If you want real AI generation, open Settings, choose Live Mode and sign in with Apple when the app asks.
What is the difference between Demo Mode and Live Mode?
Demo Mode creates sample results without real server requests. In this mode the dashboard can show: Switch to Live mode in Settings to use credits.
Live Mode connects to the Zenvra backend for real AI generation. If you are not signed in, the app shows a sign-in screen for Live Mode.
What to do? Open Settings, choose Live Mode and use Sign in with Apple.
Why do I not see credits or see Credits unavailable?
Credits are used in Live Mode. In Demo Mode, the app shows that you need to switch to Live Mode to use credits.
If you see Credits unavailable, the screen offers a Retry button.
What to do? Check that you are in Live Mode and signed in with Apple. Then press Retry. If the issue remains, send the error text to support.
What should I fill in to create an ad?
In Create Ad you can enter product information: Shopify Product URL, Product Name, Description, Category, Price, Currency, Benefits, Pain Points, Creative Angle and Campaign Objective.
You can also choose a Brand Kit and Project if you have them.
What to do? Fill in the main product details and press Generate 20 Ad Variants when the button is active.
Can I add a product photo?
Yes. In Create Ad there is a Product Visuals section with an Add Product Image button. Then the app offers Camera and Photo Library.
If a photo is already selected, you can use Change Image or remove it.
What to do? If saving to Photos asks for access, allow access from the device system settings.
What are Brand Kits and how are they used?
A Brand Kit stores brand context: business type, brand name, short description, audience, tone of voice, offer, colors, forbidden words, preferred platforms and CTA.
In Brand Kits you can create, edit, select or delete a Brand Kit. When the list is empty, the app shows No Brand Kits yet and Create Brand Kit.
What to do? Create a Brand Kit if you want ads to use a specific brand context. In Create Ad you can choose Select Brand Kit, Change or Remove.
How does Hook Bank work?
Hook Bank shows a list of ready hooks. You can search with Search proven hooks and filter by Vertical, Emotion, Format, Platform and Tier.
After choosing a hook, you can use Use in Create Ad or Remix Hook with Product name and Product info.
What to do? Choose a hook from the list. If there are no results, change the filters or the search text.
Why are Projects locked?
Projects can be locked in the app. The visible message says that Projects require an active subscription plan.
When Projects are available, you can create a New Project, open project detail and save a Create Ad result as a Project snapshot.
What to do? If you see a lock, open the plans screen in the app and choose an available option if you want access to Projects.
What does Insufficient Credits mean?
It means that the selected action does not have enough available credits. In Create Ad the app shows that the action requires a number of tokens, but the available amount is lower.
On the dashboard you may also see an upgrade button if you are on a free plan or the credits are used up.
What to do? Check the Credits section. If you want to continue in Live Mode, choose an upgrade option from the app.
Why does AI media generation not start?
AI media generation requires Live Mode. If you are not in Live Mode, the app shows that AI media generation requires Live Mode and must be enabled in Settings.
If the prompt is too long, the app shows a message to shorten the text and try again.
What to do? Enable Live Mode from Settings and shorten the prompt if you receive a length message.
How can I restore my purchases?
In Choose plan there is a button for restoring purchases. During restore, the app may ask for confirmation through Apple ID.
If no active subscription is found, the app shows that no active subscription was found and asks you to check the Apple ID.
What to do? Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase, then try restore again.
How do Zenvra subscriptions work?
Zenvra subscriptions are auto-renewable plans purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. The app and Apple's purchase sheet show the plan title, billing period, localized price and any available trial before you confirm.
After purchase, Zenvra uses the App Store transaction to activate the plan features and credits shown in the app.
What to do? Review the plan details on the Choose plan screen before confirming the Apple purchase sheet.
How can I cancel my subscription?
Apple App Store subscriptions are managed from your Apple account subscription settings. Deleting the Zenvra app does not cancel an active subscription.
What to do? Open the App Store or device Settings, go to your Apple ID subscriptions, choose Zenvra and cancel before the renewal date if you do not want the plan to renew.
Why do prices vary by country or currency?
Apple localizes subscription prices, currencies and taxes by country or region. Promotional text in Zenvra is informational, while Apple's purchase sheet shows the final localized price before purchase.
What to do? Use the price shown in the Apple purchase sheet as the current billing price for your region.
What data is used for AI generation?
Live Mode sends the product details, brand context, prompts, selected media and generation settings you provide to Zenvra backend services so the requested ad content can be generated.
What to do? Do not include passwords, private keys, payment card details or other sensitive information in prompts or brand materials.
Does Zenvra track users for advertising?
No. Zenvra does not use collected data to track users across third-party apps or websites for advertising and does not sell personal information.
What to do? The app uses account, purchase, content and technical data to provide the service, restore purchases, generate requested content, support users and protect the platform.
